Order Processing Time
"Order processing time" refers to the time interval between the receipt of the order and the handover of the product to the courier. All orders containing items in stock, for which payment confirmation is received by 12:00 PM on a working day, are handed over to the courier on the same day.
Shipping
All shipments, in Italy and worldwide, are trackable where possible. At the time of shipment, the customer will be provided with the name of the courier used and the tracking number, so that they can monitor the progress of their shipment. In non-EU countries, which are not subject to VAT on the purchase price, any local taxes, import duties and/or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the payment has been authorized (in the case of Credit Card or PayPal) or once the bank transfer amount has been credited to our account (in the case of bank transfer), and the items are available, orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
