Dear Customer, we inform you that the general terms and conditions of sale set out below, in compliance with current consumer protection regulations, define the conditions and procedures for purchasing online on the website of GRAETZITALIA, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, the products of your interest in a safe, easy and convenient manner. We therefore invite you to read and accept them in order to proceed with your purchase.


I. SUBJECT

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by the Seller to consumer users and to users acting for purposes related to business activities. These general conditions shall be effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the website, which shall be valid for all purposes pursuant to Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code. The company reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time by publishing them on the website. Any contractual or non-contractual liability of the company for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.

II. PURCHASE METHODS

Products can be purchased by accessing the website and registering. For each product, a description is available containing its main characteristics. All information supporting the purchase is to be understood as general informational material.

It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in color, size, or accessories shown.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the Seller via an automatic email sent to the address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will include an "order number" to be used in all communications with the company. The message will include all data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, the Seller guarantees timely communication to the customer.

III. PAYMENT METHODS

All prices displayed on the website are to be understood as public prices and therefore include VAT. Prices may change without prior notice and the only correct price is that indicated at the time of order confirmation. For certain products subject to promotions, the Seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing quantities, subject to customer communication and acceptance; otherwise, the order shall be considered cancelled.

In the case of payment by credit card, at the time of completing the online transaction, the banking institution will authorize only the commitment of the amount. The amount for shipped goods, even partially, will be charged to the customer’s credit card only upon delivery to the courier.

Goods are shipped only after order acceptance and receipt of payment.
In case of order cancellation, either by the customer or due to non-acceptance by the Seller, the amount will be released (timing depends on the banking system). The Seller cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from such release.

The Seller reserves the right to request additional documents to verify credit card ownership. Failure to provide such documents may result in order rejection. Transaction security is guaranteed by SSL encryption and secure certified connections.

IV. DELIVERY METHODS

For each order, the Seller issues a sales document. Billing information is based on the data provided by the customer. The customer may request a copy within three months.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and indicated at checkout. The Seller is not responsible for delays in order processing or delivery. Upon delivery, the customer must check:

  • that the packaging is intact and not damaged;
  • that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document.


Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier with a written reservation. Once signed, no further claims can be made. If goods are not collected within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled.

APPLICABLE LAW

The contract is governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction is determined by the consumer’s place of residence or, otherwise, by the Seller’s registered office.
