Payment Methods

1. Bank Transfer in Advance

Orders paid via bank transfer are processed only after receipt of payment within 5 working days. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

The order number must be included in the transfer reference. Bank details are provided in the confirmation email.

2. Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed through secure certified systems. Graetz Italia does not store or access any credit card data.

3. PayPal

Customers are redirected to PayPal to complete payment. Refunds, where applicable, are issued via PayPal.

4. Satispay

Payment must be authorized via the Satispay app. If not approved within the required time, the order is cancelled.

5. Cash on Delivery

An additional fee of €5 applies. Availability depends on the product and is shown at checkout.
